Yes, all trips can be modified to suit your interest, available travel time, activities and so on. Actually most of our trips are customized or modified to fit the client’s specific need and wishes.

Yes, we do. If the place you are looking for is in one of the countries we have on our website, we very likely can arrange your trip – please send us an enquiry and we will look into it. As we have been in the travel business for more than 20 years, we have worked in many places around the globe, and so we have both the knowledge and the contacts to provide services in countries other than those we have in our website, such as: Nepal, India, Tanzania, Kenya, Russia, Bhutan, Sikkim, Uzbekistan, Chile to name a few. If we do not know the destination you are looking for we will be very honest and redirect you to one of our partners that work in the region.

We have a policy to answer all enquiries with 24 hours. If the destination is different from the standard ones we work with daily, it may take us a bit longer. We will be in touch with our clients with updates on their requests as soon as possible.

We will provide you with the payment and cancellation polices that apply before your trip. Then, depending on the departure date, you will pay a deposit or full payment so that we can guarantee your booking.

We work with bank transfers. Once you have agreed on the product, price and conditions, we will send you our bank details.

Most of our trips are designed to give you a great experience, providing safety above all. In order to chose the right trip, we advise you to take an initial look at our Climbing Grades and Trekking Grades, where you can see the scale we use to grade our trips, and also find our trips listed by difficulty grades. We encourage you to contact us for more details, so we can advise you on the right trip according to your capabilities. Our aim is that you find a trip you can enjoy while also challenging yourself!

This varies a lot from country to country and region to region. With our extensive experience in the destinations, we have built a great network of very professional people in each field. The guides are an essential part of any trip, and can be an real enrichment to the experience of visiting a region or country. All our guides have to possess both a good knowledge of their field and a commitment to excellent customer service.

For the mountain trips, we have chosen our guides carefully, and most of them have mountain guiding certifications under the UIAGM and ASEGUIM. In Colombia particularly, there is not such a certification yet, but we have trained our guides and chosen them for their skills and knowledge.

In the culture and nature trips, we focus on language skills and communication capabilities, so that the guides can provide the right information according to the client’s interest.

We must advise you that many of our destinations are remote, in places where tourism is new and just beginning to develop. We ensure the best guides possible in each region.
