Coffee Area & Lost City

We would really like to thank you and your team for organising the programme for us and the support given to us while on our trip. We are very impressed with the service offered by yourselves and the local agents that we dealt with. All the guides we met were very knowledgeable and helpful, giving a nice balance between explanation and time to take in the information and the scenery. In particular we found it a real privilege to be with Wilson Montero appreciating the experience and knowledge he brought as trek leader and guide. A very minor consideration for the future, if the clients are staying at the Casa del Farol in Santa Marta and are going to do the Lost City trek, the pre-briefing with Magic Tours could be in their office which is only a hundred metres away.

Thank you for the assistance in locating my missing bag within the Avianca system, without your help I think I would have been wearing the same pair of jeans and t shirt all holiday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Colombia in all aspects and the style of boutique hotels was very suited to our expectations. We would whole-heartedly recommend Andes World Travel to any friends thinking of travelling to South America. If you have any potential clients who are thinking of travelling to South America please feel free to give them my email address for a personal recommendation.
